Our caviar comes exclusively from our sturgeons bred in France and is prepared according to the best artisanal practices.
Founded in 1872 by Alfred Prunier, this avant-garde company was behind the first oyster and champagne bar in Paris, the became the first French caviar producer in 1921 and started one of the very first sturgeon farms in the world, in the Dordogne in 1990!
