Since 2022, Chef Yannick Alléno has put in place the new restaurant menu, fully in line with this same vision of innovation and reformation initiated by Emile Prunier. At Prunier, The Chef cultivates his Modern Cuisine dedicated to produce from the sea: respect for the produce, simply elevated by his knowledge and deep understanding of sauces and extracts. On the menu, known and underrated fish, great crustaceans and precious shellfish, as well as the emblematic Christian Dior Egg or the classic Crêpes Suzette served in the rules of art "à la française".

Parisians have been eating here for decades, and travellers come from far and wide, inspired by a thousand stories. The superb Prunier restaurant on Avenue Victor Hugo is a listed building. It was remodelled by interior designer Alexandra Saguet with Studios Gohard and L'atelier du Mur.
These two art-loving creators combined their top-level expertise to breathe new life into the mouldings, Art Deco frescoes and precious fabrics by Pierre Frey. Leading from the Izba lounge designed for Pierre Bergé and Yves Saint Laurent, the first floor boasts a new Caviar & Champagne bar offering the finest selection in Paris. A cosy setting for intimate lunches and dinners, the venue can be made private to suit individual tastes.
The atmosphere here is somewhat lighter, because caviar tasting is always a joyful affair. Whether you're looking to enjoy a cheerful family lunch on the shucking bench, sip champagne and savour fine caviar on a promising first date or dine in good company, this is the place, a setting just inches away from the fashion crowd celebrating the start of Fashion Week.
The phoenix is rising, blowing out its 100 birthday candles, and staking its claim as a space for a new generation of artistic souls in the spotlight, writers, artists and seasoned globetrotters. Since 2022, this iconic venue for Parisian gastronomy has been writing a new chapter with chef Yannick Alléno.
Our masterclasses are immersive experiences to the extraordinary world of caviar, sturgeon and the history of Prunier.
Caviar tasting takes place with a Champagne pairing selected by our House sommelier and under the guidance of a Prunier expert.
