Prunier Heritage Oscietra Caviar is one of the rarest caviar in the world due to the harvesting process and its exceptional quality. Following twelve precious years of breeding at Prunier's facilities, only certain "Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii" sturgeons produce this unique caviar.
It's the quintessential French caviar, both for its exceptional golden-brown colour and its aromatic qualities.
It is known for its generous size and light colour along with its aromatic complexity and lasting intensity, all underpinned by briny notes
