Prunier Fish Soup
Discover our wild fish soup bursting with fresh ocean flavours, a traditional Prunier recipe.
Prepared from whole fish - Pollack, Redfish, Eels, Hake and other species caught in the north-east Atlantic and freshly brought in from the fishing port in the Pays de Loire - this authentic recipe is 100% natural, with no added flavourings or additives.
Its velvety texture, enriched by a stock of fresh vegetables such as leeks and carrots, is enhanced by refined spices (garlic, fennel, cumin, coriander and saffron), a touch of white wine and Guérande salt.
Our traditional fish soup is best enjoyed hot, served as is or with croutons, bread or rouille sauce and a little grated cheese.
