Did you know? the King's caviar
Baeri caviar was first introduced in 1932, when the Prunier Restaurant opened in London, a stone's throw from St James's Palace. It was served at the coronation of King George VI in 1937. Since then, Baeri caviar has become the benchmark for England's royalty, statesmen and aristocracy.

The Siberian Acipenser Baeri is one of the finest sturgeon adopted by Prunier at its very first farms to produce caviar of superior quality. This sturgeon grow excellently in our fish farms and produces caviar after a minimum of 7 years' growth.
