Made from Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii sturgeon raised in our Aquitaine fish farm, this Supérieur Oscietra Caviar embodies French excellence. This little gourmet treasure makes up 20% of our Oscietra production.
It has a brown-grey moonlight colour and a creamy texture that will delight the most discerning palates. Its incredible aromatic complexity is the result of our salting expertise, using only the purest fine salt.
Its smooth, deliciously creamy texture melts in the mouth, giving way to subtle, more lingering aromas.
Our Supérieur Oscietra Caviar lingers beautifully on the palate in successive waves, gradually revealing the full richness of its flavours.
