Manufacture Balik's expertise has given an age-old tradition a new lease of life. Whole flanks of sliced Balik salmon are patiently smoked, then individually prepared by hand, removing the bones and skin. Located in the heart of Switzerland, Manufacture Balik uses incredibly pure, mineral-rich water from its own springs.
