Caught in the pure, cold waters of the Atlantic, Prunier salmon is carefully selected from the finest salmon in Norway.

Prepared in France using traditional methods passed down for over 50 years, each salmon is trimmed and sliced by hand.

The salmon is slowly smoked over beech wood at a low temperature (25°C). This gentle method ensures even smoking, bringing out the tenderness of the fish and preserving the subtlety of its natural fat.
