Raised in the cold, pure waters off the coast of Scotland, Prunier salmon is rigorously selected for its unparalleled quality and texture.

Prepared in France using traditional methods dating back over 50 years, it is the result of a slow and meticulous production process lasting 3 to 5 days. 

Each fillet is delicately smoked over beech wood at a low temperature (25°C), ensuring slow and even smoking that enhances the firm yet melt-in-the-mouth flesh of the fish.
