Raised in the cold, crystal-clear waters of Norway, Prunier salmon is carefully selected for its exceptional quality and refined texture.

Prepared in France using traditional methods passed down for over 50 years, it is the result of a slow and precise manufacturing process lasting 3 to 5 days.

Each fillet is delicately smoked over beech wood at a low temperature (25°C) for a gentle, even smoke that brings out the full delicacy of its firm yet melt-in-the-mouth flesh.
