- "Madame Prunier" caviar is Baeri caviar, with selected roe offering a unique range of colours and flavour contrasts. 

On the palate, Madame Prunier has a clean attack. It then gives way to a beautiful progressive intensity, marked by

a delicate tang of fresh walnut. This is only obtained after several months of maturing.

Lightly salted, our Baeri caviar reveals all its subtlety. We recommend that you enjoy it neat, with a spoon, to get the full benefit of its finest notes. 

- to complement it: "Monsieur Prunier" combines all the characteristics of Supérieur Oscietra Caviar. This signature caviar will awaken your senses with its creamy texture, golden-brown colour and pleasing roundness.

Also lightly salted, this Oscietra caviar has plenty of character: it gradually asserts itself with aromatic peaks that make it a real pleasure to eat.

Although vodka is traditionally associated with caviar, we recommend that you enjoy your boxed set with a glass of low-sugar champagne. 

As a French caviar producer, Caviar Prunier has acquired a unique savoir-faire, from breeding the sturgeon to producing the caviar, including the meticulous selection of roe. Our commitment to taste has been our driving force for over 150 years. Each sturgeon is farmed for between 7 and 10 years, depending on the species, before producing the precious roe needed to make our different caviar.
