A unique creation, Caviar Émile breaks with traditional caviar conventions by combining, through the meticulous work of our Caviar Masters, two Oscietra caviar grains with contrasting colours and characteristics.
One, deep black in colour, offers a firm texture, an intense iodine flavour and notes of fresh walnuts;
the other, lighter in colour, seduces with its creaminess and buttery nuances, and remarkable roundness.
This combination creates a subtle balance between power and sweetness, intensity and refinement.
