Prunier Tradition caviar is the reference for the taste of French Baeri by Prunier, whose aromas unfold quickly in the mouth. The size of the grains is an indicator of mouthfeel, not quality. 

The Baeri is a small sturgeon, although it can measure up to three meters. It takes a minimum of six years of care and attention to obtain the first caviar grains.
